UG-11 Epoxy Resin generally has the highest strength and overall performance. It provides the best resistance to high temperature, solvents and outdoor weathering. The special composition enables it adheres well to metals.

RiceBead RFID tags are glued to surgical instruments with UG-11 Epoxy Resin. Test* shows RiceBead tags stays for more than 1200 reprocessing cycles of ultrasonic cleaning, chemical soaking and washing, high temperature drying and autoclaving.

Guide for Use
All surfaces to be bonded should be dry and free from dust or other loosely adherent particles, oil & grease and any other detrimental contaminants that would impair adhesion.
Utilize gloves to ensure no residue is transferred from finger tips.
Degrease the surface using either a performance solvent or an aqueous detergent cleaner to obtain a suitable surface for maximum adhesion.

Do not inhale or swallow, keep out of reach of children.
People who have allergies or sensitive skin should avoid using it.
The shelf life of this epoxy resin is 12 months, store it with the cap tightly fitted to prevent deterioration or entry of foreign matter.
Keep it in a dark dry place at -5 to 10℃ away from direct sunlight.
When disposing of the product and its empty container, treat them as industrial wastes.
